Based in the central location of Tullamore, County Offaly, Shane Monaghan and Company, Chartered Accountants & Registered Auditors have extended their client base to many counties throughout Ireland.
The firm was set up in 2004 by the Principal Shane Monaghan;
- 1994-1997 Honours degree in Accounting & Finance - Dublin City University.
- 1999 Completed final admittance exams - Chartered Accountants Ireland.
- 1997-2001 Progressed to Audit Manager in accountancy practice in Dublin.
- 2001-2002 Australian National Audit Office & accountancy practice in Sydney.
- 2002-2004 Manager for large portfolio of clients for an accountancy practice in Tullamore.
- 2004 Established Shane Monaghan & Company.
- 2011 Achieved distinction in Diploma in Insolvency - Chartered Accountants Ireland.
Shane was the treasurer of his local Shamrocks GAA club for 4 years. (2005 -2008). Shane has a keen interest in all sports and was also captain of the Shamrocks Senior Hurling Team for 2 years.
